DISAPPPOINTED - NO DELIVERY

I ordered a gift for my husband for Valentines Day which never arrived on the 14th! It was very embarrassing and sad for me to explain to my husband who came home with nothing that I did in fact send him something. I called NetFlorist the next morning and spoke to Zainab. I told her my husband will not be at the delivery address after 10:30am. She told me they cannot guarantee when the delivery will arrive but she would call me back at about 9:30 after she calls the driver again to see where they are. She never called! At about 11:00am my husband told me he had to leave his office in 15 minutes and that nothing had arrived. I called NetFlorist again and spoke to Shoulin. I told her that I was very angry with them and that I wanted my money back. No plan was even offered, no comfort, no understanding... nothing. With no care in the world, she said they will refund me. I have used NetFlorist for a long time and I am very disappointed to receive such horrible service from them. I don't care if it is Valentines Day and they have a huge amount of deliveries to do. They should cater for the busy occasion. There is much more competition out there and I will never use NetFlorist again.
