I have been reading the hundreds of complaints on HelloPeter regarding NetFlorist and how they have over-promised and ruined so many people's special day. I Placed my Order online with NetFlorist (As I have many times before), ensured that I did it in the first week of Feb to confirm delivery on Valentine's day... Guess what, no delivery. They are clearly in breach of their own terms and conditions as it states on their website that they will notify you should your delivery be affected in any way. Useless automated system with you being on hold for 15 minutes, and then the line cuts out, or it is engaged all the time, or or [URL Removed] unprofessional and simply not good enough to offer "service". I have also sent numerous emails (as have many of the other people that are complaing)... I have requested a full refund and advise every disappointed netFlorist client todo the same.
