Mygate
NO IDEA IF I WAS BILLED!!

I proceed to check out and pay for a and order from BuyCycle, I selected the credit card payment and was sent to MyGate payment window.
After filling in all my card details and selecting proceed I got this error message:
Error Message: An error occurred while trying to encrypt or decrypt your input string: com.rsa.jsafe.crypto.dr: Could not perform unpadding: invalid pad byte..
Error Description: MyGate Virtual is not being used correctly.

So I call them at the number on the page and phone Cape Town like 5 times holding for like an hour... No one answers the phone. I have no idea wether I was billed or not!! But now I don't want it so they better not have billed me cause I would rather do a direct payment to BuyCycle cause the MyGate is a!!
