Repeatedly BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM Bidorbuy! This is my 3rd unresolved complaint, the 1st & 2nd times they simply just kept quite & didn't bother to reply. In December last year I was sold a broken cellphone which I reported to them (Bidorbuy) After a hard fought battle I managed to convince them that seller deliberately sold me a defective handset & was trying to hide under the (Voet-stoet clause) an agreement was later made with the seller that I should return the phone for my refund which I did early January. When the returned parcel arrived the seller refused to go & collect it trying to avoid the refund issue & came up with stories. Now the seller has collected the cellphone from the Post Office & is not replying to my queries about my refund. This means I have lost the cellphone & the R800 that I paid for it! BidorBuy has been giving me the run-around since January up until I was told 2 days ago to go & open up a police case (what good will that do)? YET THIS SELLER IS STILL GIVEN THE PLATFORM TO CONTINUE TO TRADE ON BIDORBUY ALONG WITH THE OTHER 2 SELLERS WHO I ALSO LOST MY HARD-EARNED CASH TO THOSE WHO'VE RIPPED-OFF OTHER PEOPLE (JUST AS LONG AS BIDORBUY RECEIVES THE COMMISSION)
