After a poor response from a seller called "Yo Pappy", who advertises on Bidorbuy and refuses to communicate with his buyers after sending them goods that arrive in a faulty condition and very poorly packaged, Hello Peter came to my rescue and contacted Bidorbuy.
I can only say that I received the best service from Bidorbuy through Cuan Akal and the CEO of Bidorbuy Mr Jaco Jonker who made the effort to drive out 150 km North of Pretoria to come and see me and inspect the faulty goods (Sigma zoom lens 70-300mm). After the visit they made every effort to contact the seller to recover my loss but to no avail. I have been assured that this seller and dishonest sellers like him will be removed from their site. It is very assuring to know this and that there is recourse when purchasing through Bidorbuy. To them the client is King. Thanks
