I purchased a ring last year and waited very long for the item to get here. The postage to SA was quite alot, and then I had to pay customs fees aswell. When I received it, it was not even close to the item that was advertised and not the size I have ordered. I sent an email to the seller, and got no responce. I then emailed bidorbuy's info and they got the seller to respond. After a lot of emails the seller agreed to refund me for the item, customs fees and postage fees. I sent the item back to Hong Kong in October 2013. The item must have reached its destination by now. I have not heard from the seller again. And all my emails to the seller and bidorbuy are ignored. I just want my money back as promised. Is that to much to ask??? I will NEVER buy anything on bidorbuy, and I warn all my friends to rather not waste their money.
