I ordered an item in Dec, I returned it as it didn't fit. it took a long time for this whole transaction to be complete and I was only refunded on Sat the 1st Feb. the only person that kept me sane in the whole thing was Neville Sleigh from the support centre. [Email Removed] every email I sent he responded immediately and was so empathetic and really went out of his way to try and fix the issue. I am so used to dealing with companies and institutes where I have to fight just to get a response. I knew I could rely on Neville to get back to me and try help me. It was the best service I have ever received. when I first started dealing with him I told him I wont ever buy from your company again and I will stick with Zando, but after the whole situation and the way Neville treated me I will give your company another try. don't let that guy go. he should actually be promoted to train every other agent you have on what it is to look after clients properly.
