I applied for ADSL service late December 2012, about 22nd.
The on the 1 st January 2013 it was cut off due to none payment. Before I even got a invoice.
When I queried it, they told me that I had to pay for a whole month, and I had to give them a months notice.
I asked them to send me an invoice, which I was not happy with,
When I applied for the service, I was told that I will only pay pro-rata for the month of December.
I was not happy with the service after a week or so, but I was told that I have to pay for the full months of December and January.
Then they handed me over to a credit collector.
I have paid R600 to date and now I owe R700 odd to the credit collector,
Very bad business, a total ripe off, how many other people have also been riped off this way
