Good day,
I bought an item on this website and never received it. When I enquired about it they said they will refund me, this was about 3-4weeks ago. 2weeks back I enquired when this would happen, I was told the following week (last week) because the person that processes the refunds are not there... I am at the end of this week now and still no money in my account. I phoned this morning and the call got dropped. I tried again and the gentleman that answered told me that he will come back to me shortly. I waited for 5 hours now and no response. I am sick and tired of these people that are not able to do their jobs properly. A transfer form them to me should take 3 days max, not 3 weeks. Could someone that knows what they are doing please give me my money back.
