Shocking Service / Not Delivering On Promises

I placed an order for chocolates on 23 January. According to their website the delivery date for this order would be 24 January.By 14:00 on the 24th I have not yet received any information regarding delivery so I phoned the call centre. I was promised that someone would come back to me and no one did. After various phone calls I was then informed that unfortunately they could not deliver that day as they do not deliver to Stilbaai on Fridays..
As the person receiving the gift was leaving to go on holiday the next day I was promised that the order would be placed on hold and that I would be phoned first thing on Monday to make alternative arrangements.
By 15:00 I have not yet received an phone call and had to call the call centre once again. I was promised that special arrangements was made and that the package would be delivered on Friday 31 January together with an apology bouquet. I was also promised an email detailing all the arrangements.
I have yet to receive the promised email, and I just received a text message from the recipient to say the chocolates arrived while they were on holiday...
I am extremely upset - NetFlorist obviously doesn't care about their customers!
