I wish i could choose all of the above when it comes to nature of compliment... These guys has given me super service since day 1 - i received updates early every morning since ordering my child's scooter, even when they waited for the container did they sent me updates. The scooter was delivered before Xmas and my child so happy.
Bearings on the back wheel went, called them yesterday 28/01/2014 - bearings delivered today 29/01/2014 free of charge no hassles no questions
