I ordered a protea bouquet with a balloon from Netflorist early in January to be delivered on 27 January. The delivery never happened on the day. When I phoned today, the delivery was arranged but when delivered, the bouquet wasn't proteas and there was no balloon. So disappointing. I think a refund is in order.
