You definately do not live up to your mission statement: "We are an online shop Our MISSION is to offer customers the BEST quality product at a reasonable price" - I received order, items are short to the value of R253.00, please deposit monies into my account by the end of business today (24.1.14), as per invoice I have made payment and you have not provided goods as per agreement. The tents are also in a terrible condition, I am to embarrassed to even put them in my store, ever mind sell them. refund todate has not been received? Once again a very disappointing online shopping experience - what a shame!!!
