Disappointment all round. I received a pathetic arrangement that cost R690 when I expected a beautiful abundance of flowers in a lovely glass vase with a ribbon around the vase. My flowers, a present for my mother, were ridiculously over priced!! I was told a replacement would look exactly the same so I requested a refund and that the flowers be collected on the terms that I have proof that the refund has been done or is in process BEFORE they collect the flowers, in today's day and age it is not difficult to pass along a simple piece of paper. now they have collected the flowers from my mother and i am sitting here without proof that i will get my money back.Net Florist are quick to take your money and quick to collect the flowers you are unhappy with but ask them to send you what you paid for and it becomes the biggest mission. I only asked for what was advertised and they couldn't even provide that. I will not mention the name of whom I dealt with as I am not expecting them to get back to me, I am much rather informing the public of my experience with them.
