I ordered 3 bottles of shampoo on line from the website [URL Removed] as i could not locate it in any of the pharmacy's around my house. the order was placed on the 28th of November 2012 and i paid for delivery as well, which meant that it was supposed to be delivered to my office. I waited until January 2013 and still no delivery just an email to say my order had been processed. I then phoned Victor who brushed me off and told me to send an email, which i did. I received a response that my order had been posted and that it is the fault of the south African postal service. I then sent another email telling them that i had paid for delivery and therefor it should have been delivered. They asked me to check with my local post office so i asked for the tracking number and was told they sent it with out one. This is not possible. They have now stopped responding to my emails and i have not received anything. I think this a. They will string you along hoping you finally forget about the 600 rands you have already paid them. Don't ever buy anything from them they will never deliver and waist your time
