My subscriptions to Rubybox debits between the 27th and the 31st. The first debit went off 31st October for R119 and I received my Box early in November, 27th November the second debit went off but I still have not received my December box, my last debit, only subscribed for 3 months, thank goodness, went off 27 December I hope to see my monies worth someday. This is bad service, I have lodged 2 complaints, one around the 20th and one today, 30 December and received a mail that they will only be able to attend to my query 6 January because they are closed. Hope to hear from them soon, or not.
