I ordered a special Rubybox for my mom to be delivered in December with the additional January Rubybox to be delivered in January. When I made the payment, I noticed I was not given the option to refer 5 friends for a free sample. This was something I had done moments ago when ordering the box for myself. I went to the referrals page and made 5 referrals, and then contacted Rubybox a week ago to let them know, twice, that the option for a free extra sample given for referring 5 friends did not pop up and could they please look at the referrals and add my extra sample.
I have received the box today and still no extra sample. I also still have not received any response to my 2 emails from last week as well. I have another few boxes coming through in January that are already paid for, but think I need to cancel thereafter with such non-existent customer service.
