I purchased sun loungers on Bidorbuy and at the time, the seller, RIAFURN, had a very high rating and comments were good. To date, I have not received the products and have received excuse after excuse from the seller and now no response at all. I have lodged a complaint with Bidorbuy and it has been more than a week with no response. Buyers pay into Bidorbuy's account first so they should be responsible for assisting us seeing as we don't deal directly with the sellers and therefore don't have their details to open a case. I feel that Bidorbuy should assist in a more proactive manner and take responsibility for THEIR site. Do your job BoB! Ticket #WMK-623-90260
