No November delivery

I've not received my November box and because I have to fight every month to get the box, I cancelled the subscription and asked for a refund. Now they send me a tracking number for december's box! I have only once before received a tracking nuber from them and am definately not interested in their product anymore, I just want a refund and to get off their mailing list! But emails and contacting them does not help. Their contact centre cuts the calls right after they say "please hold for an available ruby". Are there no one working at that mess of a place anymore?
