I host a number of websites with Host4Africa for a couple of years now and paid in advance for the hosting every year without fail. In September 2012 I closed down 3 websites and requested cancellation, I gave 1 months notice like required and requested a refund on the hosting charges. The promptly informed me that the refund of R1119.98 will be paid immediately after the notice period. Today is the 31st of Jan 2013. Host for Africa has long since stopped responding to my email queries, they never made the refund payment and they are now just simply ignoring me. They still have my money. I would like it back please, I paid it in good faith and now I cannot get it back
