I have been utterly disappointed with this company. They offer Google promotions at a 10 contract monthly fee. They promise reports, they have promised top rankings with Google and have not delivered
The bottom line is, I was appalled at their service delivery and as a result requested within the 21 day consumer act regulation to have this agreement terminated. I communicate this cancellation via email to the sales rep who signed me up and the account manager instructing them clearly to cancel this service as a result of poor service delivery. This request was ignored numerous times. I instructed them pay back funds taken from my account. I also notified them that if any further monies was deducted from my bank account it would constitute.
The bottom line is they have twelve months later after numerous emails not done anything about this situation and have now subtracted 2 months even more than the contract agreement from my account. They owe me more than R15000 and I warned them that I would go public with this behaviour and will post this on every possible community sites such as Facebook Twitter etc. I will further lay a charge with SAPD for if not resolved swiftly
