I am stunned to see this is a common problem with this guy!! We renewed our yearly subscription and it has now been 2 weeks that we cant retrieve e-mails or even log into the control panel. I have tried numerous calls and the mail box is full and even send an e-mail now, but judging by this I am likely not to receive a response back!! What do we do now??? I doubt that us complaining on HelloPeter will even phase him... it is shocking that with so much technology around us today he is still unable to keep his clients happy or merely just answer a freaken phone call!! Is the company still up and running or did he take the money and run??
