I contacted Rubybox two weeks ago; wanting to know where my October Rubybox is, the debit order did go off for it? I still have not received it and I have been billed for the November one. I have sent a email... no reply the lady at Rubybox whom I spoke to said she would sort it out... nothing! Irritated with the situation. If you can bill me for a product I am almost sure you can make sure that I receive my product.
