INCOMPETENT BACK UP AND ANTI VIRUS SYSTEM

As a company it is very important that we have the proper back up and anti-virus system in place. A few years ago I had a problem with my server and we decided on Iron Tree Back up, what a mistake, we also decided on Panda for protection, biggest mistake, we had quite a hectic virus and yes when I contact Iron Tree for my back up I was informed they have only back up our pastel system. And that after we had a problem with the server and requested the server docs to be on the back up, Pastel by the way is on the server, I pay R336.30 a month for 10 GB purely for the server, well I so wish they had a tape to listen to my conversation with their sales person to realise they were suppose to do a back up for all the docs on the server. I tried to speak to one of the directors but the old line "they are in a meeting and will get back to you". I don't Iron Tree realises how important back up is for a company and don't know their Panda system is good at all. We had this virus and even after scanning Panda showed no threats, computers clean!!!
