FIRST AND LAST ORDER

I ordered goods from City Slicker on the 10/10/2013. I then received an email stating the bank had held my payment pending confirmation from me that I did in fact place the order. I sent confirmation of payment to City Slicker the next day, TOGETHER WITH MYPROOF OF ADDRESSS, BANKSTATEMENT, ID ETC... and was told that my goods would be dispatched in 5 days!!..STILL WAITING... no word from them either..

I seriously would not order again in a hurry- I need delivery of my order or an immediate refund
