I paid for a 30 day placement of an advertisement for a job position available in our company on the website [URL Removed] The ad was placed but I had no access to CV's. Access to CV's are part of the package I paid for which is the more expensive option available. I changed the wording of my ad and since then my ad is also no longer available as they state on the profile that it is pending authorization. There is no contact number only an email [Email Removed] I have sent several letters of complaint on which I haven't received any feedback. Basically I have paid for an ad which is not displaying nor do I have access to CV's which I should have and I am being ignored by the company hosting the website facility.
