I bought a clothing item from Bid or Buy in August 2013. It arrived in the wrong size and per the agreement with the seller I sent it back at my own cost to exchange it. Months went by and the seller did not send me the new item. When I enquired he said that he was out of stock and I should choose something else I did and that still didn't arrive. I eventually enquired with Bid or Buy and they informed me that this particular seller has many orders outstanding and only within the last week (October) they bothered to suspend his account. They suggested I take legal action, but Bid or Buy has wiped their hands off the issue as they can't and won't do anything to ensure that I either get my money back or the purchased item.
