I just want to say a huge thank you to 5rooms and especially to Alana for all her assistance in replacing a mattress that my father bought through Groupon.
Its fantastic how Alana followed up on my request, and emailed me frequently regarding contact from their suppliers :)

Please keep up the great work! We need places such a 5rooms that provide fantastic customer service.
And now my parents happily await the arrival of the replacement mattress :)
