Poor service, no response after 5 calls

At 9:10, I called Net-florist about a product and del timelines before i placed the order. Although a delivery time could not be confirmed (which i understand) after explaining working hours, i was assured that the delivery would take place before my wife left the office at 16:00. The order was confirmed and i was expecting a call from the birthday girl. I called her at 16:10 whilst she was in her car ready to leave the office, and there was clearly no sign of any delivery. i immediately called Netflorist and advised them of my dissatisfaction of the situation and to cancel the delivery, i was put on hold for some time, whilst Clyde checked that his driver had just arrived at my wife's workplace. I Confirmed with Clyde please take the flowers back. A few minutes later, my wife called as she was called back to work for a delivery. whilst she showed off her gifts with her colleagues after closing time, to add insult to injury, the driver (obviously getting a delayed message) demands the flowers back, embarrassed, my wife obliged. The driver openly admitted that her delivery was last minute thing that he squeezed in! i called NetFlorist 5 times and still have not received a call yet.
