I ordered flowers for my friend's 70th Birthday. They were taken out for delivery but unfortunately nobody was at home. Mel let me know what was going on and I asked that the flowers be delivered the following day, so as not to mess up their routine. To my delight she emailed me at the end of the working day to say that the flowers had been delivered. To my delight my friend phoned me last night to say how beautiful her flowers were which, quite frankly, made my day. Many thanks for superb service which is what I always receive when dealing with Netflorist.
