Don't subscribe to PayCity

I subscribed to PayCity for a car I own in my personal name and for car that is owned by a company. Despite numerous emails and complaints the site is still not working properly.
I can't find fines on their website. I have to collect them at my post office. What is the point of your website PayCity?
