I received an email from City Slicker on the 31st of July to say that they cannot deliver a product that I had ordered as the goods were damaged in transit and the supplier can no longer honour. They said they would either refund or credit my City Slicker account. I chose the easier of the two, to credit my City Slicker account. I have emailed numerous occassions and to date have still not received my refund. My order number was 229939. I'm very dissappointed. There have been other goods on the website that I would have purchased but I have lost my faith in shopping on City Slicker until I received my credit.
