NetFlorist has always had the ability to bring the best out of the worst in some days and one cannot help to share their sense of humour, which even while waiting on the line one gets entertained. Having said that, then it's down to the grinding stone and service delivery and customer service is key to happy clients. For the first time in all the years that I've been supporting NetFlorist, the delivery was delayed by a day, though disappointed, a call to NetFlorist and in the person of Christopher Daya delivered service beyond professionalism and expectations and needs to be commended in the positive way he represented the NetFlorist Brand for going to extra mile. I just hope others can take note of the beyond expectation service delivery from NetFlorist and Team that they provide.
