I placed my order for one of the vouchers yesterday, there was a slight delay in receiving the voucher (I made immediate payment). Once I'd contacted Crystal the issue was sorted out in a matter of minutes.
I've had previous bad experiences from similar companies, and was quite surprised with my experience today.
