I would be wrong not to highlight the service of Suren Valoo at [URL Removed] Having raised a complaint unsuccessfully with the [URL Removed] helpline I was this morning transferred to Suren.
Although I was by now using descriptive language and expressing unwelcome opinions Suren took charge of the matter, manage to track down the missing computer generated doc's, resend them and process a refund. He kept me informed every step of the way and by this afternoon he had successfully won back the support of a long time client.
Hats off to staff like Suren Valoo, who goes that extra mile, often unrecognised - people like him makes a massive difference to the company.
Well done Suren and [URL Removed] please ensure that he is recognised for a job well done.
