Unable to get paycity to send me electricity token

I attempted to purchase R500's worth of electricity on the 1st of July2013. I did not receive the tokens and was not billed for the tokens. The problem is, is that according to the system I did purchase the R500 worth of tokens, so any electricity tokens that I buy from now on, gets billed at the higher rate (the more you buy, the more you pay).

Paycity has been very vigilent in phoning me and asking me if I still want the R500's worth of tokens. They have phoned me about five time asking me the same question and every time I tell them the same answer. Yes, I do want the tokens. I have also phoned them about three times requesting the tokens. Every time I get told the transaction will processed the same day.

Unfortunately, the transaction never gets processed, and it is now the 9th of July and I still don't have my tokens.
