I recently moved my hosting to Gridhost (6 days to be exact) and I've already had enough!!! They billed me on dates I was unclear of and just wanted clarity. I then got an e-mail response "your domain has been suspended)!
I insisted on speaking to a Manager, a "Myron" was so arrogant, rude, ARGUMENTATIVE!!! He proudly told me I can take my business elsewhere.
Never been so hurt!!
