I had a fruit/flower arrangement sent to my Mother for mother's day. They del just some fruit. After many days & emails a small bunch of flowers were delivered.

1.The fruit basket & the flowers they sent, even as a combination was a rip-off for the money I paid
a. The fruit basket was a cheap & flimsy basket with very few fruits that were not that fresh and started going off within the week
b. The flowers - well if you call that a "nice vase of beautiful flowers" then I don't want to see a cheaper option, maybe it will be cosmos flowers then
2.It seems that you made use of a person in Bloem who is not a florist, rather a fly by night back yard operation.
3.This person, and you at Netflorist, were not keen to resolve the problem, it took too long.
4.The arrangement I had sent was for Mother's Day, a special occasion for a special person, but you treated this as if it was not a serious problem to send the rubbish that was delivered.

Thus, Netflorist will never ever get business from me or any of the people I know, because this will be told as another example of really bad service in SA.
