We've been dealing with MyGate for 5 years. The only thing they get right is to threaten you with suspension of services which they dont deliver. Same Day debit order collection, is payment the following day, not begging and pleading for payment days later. So we dont need to collect by debit order anymore, so, now the battle is to get our CASH covers back. They say payment after 60 days... 60 days been and go, long ago, now they say we owe them money, their figures are wrong, yet try and get Dan or Jonathan to respond is like SMOKE SIGNALS into Cyberspace. they also happy to announce that they have held cash cover for 5 years and they owe you no interest. Bunch of rouges!! They have NO Business Ethics and personally, we think they have a MAJOR CASH FLOW problem. USE MYGATE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
