Discovery do not pay what they are supposed to

My Dr Has been trying on our behalf to have her account paid by Discovery for an operation done 31 October 2012. discovery paid a portion and not the rest. Even though the Dr's rooms fax and phone weekly and reference numbers are given, no staff of Discovery come back to us.
I am amazed that such a large company as Discover cannot pay what is due and also follow up on a query.
Not advisable to use Discovery as your medical aid insurance company if they can't follow up with clients.
