I registered my wife for the maternity benefit with Momentum at 8wks of pregnancy as required. A colleague at work did the same for his wife a few weeks later and he received a package from Momentum having registered consisting of a book and registration forms for baby. I email Momentum asking why I did not receive mine, and they tell me that they only send the package at 26wks of pregnancy. I have reminded Momentum numerous times since reaching and passing the 26wks of pregnancy mark, still to no avail. We are now going into 34wks of pregnancy, and still waiting for the package, even though about 3 weeks ago they said they have now sent the package and i will receive it in 7-10 working days, it has now been 16 working days, and I am totally fed up with this. I get the same treatment from Momentums Multiply being even more useless at sending me new cards and the maternity package as well. I dont even know who to complain to to get things done!!
