After paying the 50% deposit on my daughter's birthday cake and agreeing on the time of collection of the cake (Friday afternoon before the party) I went to collect the cake and was told by the lady working in the shop that the owner is in Cape Town and the cake had flopped but that the owner told her not to worry as the cake was now only for Monday. I contacted Tracy who then apologised by sms and said that she had confused my child's party with another child's???
Tracy then promised to correct it, asked for the address of the party venue and said it would be delivered to the venue on Saturday morning. I was not surprised at all when NO CAKE WAS DELIVERED!!!
I am appalled at this service especially because there are children involved! I will NEVER support this new business again and highly recommend that parents go elsewhere for birthday cakes.
