Shocking service, poor attitude, ridiculous request!

Good day Michelle,

I sincerely hope that this dilemma can be resolved in a courteous manner.

Let us just start with the facts first. The accommodation was booked on the 31st of October 2012, paid in full and confirmed by yourselves, My Leisure Group. Our reason for making this booking at Ocean Mist is that we are 12 friends spending this holiday together. When the accommodation was booked for on the 31st of October 2012 there was no indication that we would have a problem! Approximately a week ago I was contacted the first time regarding alternative accommodation in Milnerton which I declined. After enquiring why alternative accommodation was offered I was told that the owner would like to stay there at this time.
I really think that after booking two months in advance and paying in full this is a ridiculous request. Flights, rental cars and accommodation has been booked in this manner that we did not have to travel during this time.
Do you as a rental agency really think this is a fair request only 20 days before the arrival as guests that have booked two months in advance and paid in full??

I can`t make this decision on my own as I am not the only party involved. I have looked at the
