We tried out a new holiday destination- after searching on google for hours we decided on Happy Wandereres with the pictures we saw. So our booking was made - Deposit paid. Arrived on 14/04/2013 - Room is old and doesn't even seem clean, shower dirty, and fridge not working. We had to pay R630 for a 3 Star room - ridiculous prices - if you have to compare Natalia at R385 per night we have 5 star... please people don't be caught like us - HAPPY WANDERERS... NO NO NO - pls don't ever go there - pictures on a website is lying!!! Good luck to the next victim - as per the office we are not going to get our refund.
I would say that the least I can get after our trip of 7 hours - and 2 little one's just wanting to enjoy the beach - is our money back - unfair that we have to be a victim here!!! I tried to get our deposit - reply I got we will look into the rooms and get it up to STD - What with my money - NOT FARE AT ALL!!!
