I received a prescription fro my doctor with a 6 month repeat. The pharmarcist kept my script. When I returned to get my new batch of meds, someone in the pharmacy did not load my script nor repeat. I get panick attacks, without meds I can end up in hospital. The pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude, shouted at me in front of other clients waiting for their scripts. She made me feel like a dug addict. THEY made the mistake and her response was: this is not my problem, go to your doctor and get a new script. So, they made mistake, they will not assist me and I have to fork out another R400 rand to go see doctor on Monday.
NEVER go to this unprofessional, rude and expensive pharmacy. Staff shout at you and treat you like a drug addict for a mistake they made. DISGUSTING!!! I will be reporting them to the pharmaceutical board, my advice stay away, go to clicks down the road, where they are well mannered, professional and much cheaper.
