My fiance had to be re examined after her condition worsened after being at life hospital at 1am on the 20th apr. we arrived at 2pm on 20 apr for the Docter to have another look. We sat for 2hours before seeing a Docter. And when requested to phone the Docter on duty the morning she was diagnosed they gave a poor answer "don't have it" wonder how they contacted her to come in at 1am? Anyway the nurse that took her blood pressure and body temp, could be more worried about spelling out her name than assiting with her dehydrated body. What's reception for, medical info and patient details!!! Not when she's in a state of mind of passing out to spell her name. And then Not to mention the noise levels of shouting of staff in the casualty ward of non work related conversations between nurses! Don't know what's the point of all the quiet signs in the reception area! Life hospital should get there act together! Treat sick people needing ur help and get the professional level up where it should be for a private hospital staff!
