TOLD I CANNOT PAY AT CHECKOUT MUST PAY IMMEDIATELY

Well I'm back at the City Lodge in PE & it is business as usual. After the last complaint on the 01st December 2012, where the Manager assured me this would never happen again, well it has. It is now the 20th April 2013 and I'm once again told that the food I want to order has to be paid for immediately as the management had noticed that the DJ's who stay at City Lodge - PE order food & leave without paying.

After I informed Denzel the Duty manager that this was not suppose to happen again I get informed that due to the above statement (leaving without paying), I have to pay immediately. I got very upset angry again at this statement as it indirectly says that I am a dishonest person based on the fact that management have noticed that the DJ's walk out without paying. Now at checkout you have take your room key (electronic card) to the front desk where they then will inform you that there is an amount outstanding.By the statement that DJ's walk out without paying would then mean the DJ's have taken the said room key (electronic card) with them as well.

This is the last time I will EVER be staying at this particular City Lodge

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
