At 4:40pm SA time I gave up trying to book through Tsogo Sun online booking, it keeps resetting your detail, and keeps offering all hotels in the area despite specifying a hotel, so i phone the hotel from Ghana. On the second try the receptionist, mumbling and not speaking clearly puts me through to the booking office. The guy who does the booking cant understand the phonetic alphabet, ...I gave up after repeating Sierra for S several times and correcting him on L for Lima that he thought was Vima!
