My GP recently left the country so I was looking for a new GP made appointment as a new patient on 25/03 to see Dr Green. I went 45 min early as the receptionist said I had to fill in forms & have a file created. I showed up at 13:00 for a 13:45 appointment. I filed in the forms and waited. 13:45 came and went and another man who was scheduled for 14:00 went in before me. On approaching the receptionist (the coloured woman with short hair) she did not even look at me when I asked why I the doctor skipped me. She simply mumbled something about the file taking long to create and that I would just have to wait. I told here that I had come there on my lunch break and she said that's not her problem and that I can either wait or reschedule. I reschedule for the next day and then cancelled. I REFUSE TO GO TO A PLACE THE PROVIDES TREATMENT THAT IS WORSE THAN A STATE HOSPITAL. I am horrified that you employ people who think that being rude and obnoxious is acceptable. I have since found a new GP in the area. I had come to you based on a good referal but after that experience I will not be referring HealthWorx to anyone. I have since discouraged my family from going there.
