Bestmed could not be bothered to responde

On 04-March-2013 I send bestmed an email asking if I could add my life partner (to whom I am not married) to my medical aid as adult dependent. I am still waiting for Bestmed to reply to my question. Are you not bothered to answer me? Or should i take my business elsewhere?
